  8.   - VICTORY has been updated to incorporate all four fractional times shown
  9.     for each race in the past performances (rather than the three times that
  10.     used to be published).

  15.   What's new in version 3.0 ?

  17.   - Using VICSETUP.COM, you can now decide for yourself what weight should
  18.     be given to second call totals (and hence "early speed") in computing 
  19.     the Performance Class Ratings.  You can also control how long (or even 
  20.     if) the results of intermediate calculations are displayed on the screen.

  22.   - VICTORY automatically checks for and notes internal gains, stretch gains,
  23.     and last race wins.

  25.   - The distance of the race is included on printouts (registered version
  26.     only).

  28.   - Results for all the races on a day's card can be saved in a single ASCII
